Built in Cebu, with agents who sell for a living.
I take a messy operation and give it a system — then build whatever it takes to run it. ListingPH is that system for agents losing good deals to Messenger threads.
A while back, I started talking to real estate agents and brokers here in Cebu. Not to sell them anything. I was curious about how they worked, and what I found surprised me.
Almost everyone ran their business through Facebook. Listings went up in groups, inquiries came through Messenger, and follow-ups lived in their heads or in scattered notes. Licensed, experienced professionals were managing millions of pesos in deals through chat threads.
“Agents weren't losing deals because they were bad at their jobs. They had no system.”
The agents who wanted a website were quoted prices that didn't make sense for their business, or ended up with something they couldn't update themselves.
So I built ListingPH: your own listing site with every inquiry saved in one place. You add your listings, share them on Facebook the way you already do, and every inquiry gets captured and organised for you.
I designed it to be the tool I'd want if I were an agent: clean, fast, no clutter, and built for how real estate actually works in the Philippines.

Help shape what ListingPH does next
I'm building ListingPH in close conversation with the agents who use it. If you're an agent or broker looking for a better way to manage your listings and inquiries, I'd love to hear from you.
